Every Kreanique hair product is carefully inspected before shipment for texture consistency, fullness, construction and overall condition.
Because our raw hair is sourced from individual donors, slight variations in natural color, wave pattern or texture may occur. These variations are part of the character of authentic raw hair and are not considered defects.
With proper installation, maintenance and storage, Kreanique hair can be worn and reused for multiple installs.
Delivery & Returns
Processing time depends on the product purchased:
• Ready-to-ship and on-hand products: 1–2 business days
• Raw bundles and HD lace closures: 5–7 business days
• Made-to-order wigs: Approximately 7–14 business days
• Preorders: The timeline displayed on the product page
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays or carrier transit time.
Because hair products are hygienic and may be altered after delivery, all correctly fulfilled hair purchases are final sale.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, contact support@kreaniquehair.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Do not install, wash, color, cut or alter the hair while your claim is being reviewed.

Stylist Tip
Before installing bundles or closures, gently cleanse or co-wash the hair to refresh its natural texture.
Detangle from the ends toward the roots, use sulfate-free products and always apply heat protectant before using hot tools. Professional installation and coloring are recommended to protect the hair’s fullness, movement and longevity.
Wigs should be maintained and stored according to the care instructions included on the individual product page.
