Returns and Refunds Policy

At Kreanique Hair Collection, every piece is handled with the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and craftsmanship. For this reason, we kindly ask that all clients review the policies below prior to placing an order.

SALES FINAL

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Kreanique Hair Collection does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders are processed immediately after purchase.

• Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or redirected once processing begins.

• Clients are responsible for selecting the correct product, texture, length, and quantity at checkout.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are determined by the shipping carrier.

• Once an order has shipped, Kreanique Hair Collection is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery dates, weather interruptions, or operational delays.

• Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays, appointment changes, or carrier-related issues.

• Clients requiring hair by a specific date are strongly encouraged to select local pickup when available. 

 

LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

• Once a package is marked as shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

• Kreanique Hair Collection is not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

• Delivery disputes must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking information.

 

POLICY AGREEMENT

By placing an order with Kreanique Hair Collection, you acknowledge and agree to all policies stated above.
No exceptions will be made.
