Every Kreanique bundle is inspected by hand before it ships checked for texture, weight, and tangle-free wefts to make sure it meets our standard before it reaches you. Once approved, your hair is sealed, tagged, and packaged with care for delivery.If it doesn't meet that standard, we'll make it right.

Most orders ship within 5-7 business days, as each order is prepared fresh at the time it's placed. During restocks or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer — you'll get tracking details by email the moment your order ships.

If something isn't right, you have 7 days from delivery to return it unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging, for store credit. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

Have a date or appointment in mind? We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks ahead to allow time for processing and delivery.
